Love Google maps for directions.
My only real criticism is that the ETA doesn't take into consideration the volume of traffic. Maybe an addition to the program could be 'a time of day' option to more accurately estimate the time required to get from point A to B.
Very handy travel tool.
I love Google Maps too. It would be great if there was a more accurate way to predict our ETA..but with Melbourne traffic & roadworks I'm not sure!!!
